first we tryed to refinance are home and was told we can not refinance, EOT aquired are titles from another company and in the process lost some payments records and after showing all receipts we were told we are wrong and have to cetch up on payments, and now that we are away from the states, I tryed to call and make a payment over the phone and was told we cannot make a payment and thay have no way of taking a payment, so now I have to send it in and maybe it will get there on time. very frustrating.
Terrible customer service. They essentially have a monopoly on real estate in the county... they wouldn't be in business if there was another title company there.
