The equipment I rented was not in good shape. Tracks were worn, door didn't work, lights didn't work, brush hog had bent blade that made it start ripping itself apart. They made no accommodations, no breaks, no apologies. Once they weren't able to blame the damaged brush hog on me (I took a video with the hours and damage) they scrambled to try and recoup any little money they could. Still waiting on the manager to call me back. I've heard similar stories but did not take into consideration when I rented.
