I love this clinic. It has physically gotten so much better since the old owner has left. The building is clean, the yard is clean and the staff are very helpful. Dr. P is very helpful, caring and compassionate about my pets. She offers them treats every time we go in for shots. My dogs have always gone here and gotten their shots and nail trim. I originally posted a year ago about my experience being a one star because of the front desk help. They have since removed that office person. My last experience was very pleasant. The doctor was knowledgeable and clearly cared for my pet. They even have a fold up table now so my dog doesn't have to be lifted in the air. And the doctor even got down on her knees so my dog felt safe. I never write a bad review but I need to just let you know f my experience with Eastern Animal Hospital. I absolutely loved the hospital when it was run by the last vet. Trusted him to not only take good care of my animals but not rip people off. I took my precious dog in to get spayed today. The first thing was a paper saying do you want bloodwork?this will cost you 62.00. Do you want an IV? This will cost you 62.00. So I go up to the desk and say I just want the 160.00 spay. Eastern Oregon Animal (Dr. Percifield and staff) is definitely the place to go if you want the best for your pets. Dr. Percifield is smart & caring and I always know my pets are in good hands.
Pretty disappointed with the people who work at this clinic. The office lady Stacy is terribly rude. She said to the dark haired tech quote, "I'm not dealing with this bitch" and ran around the corner as I was coming in. She talks bad about the clients from the room behind her desk and she isn't quiet. I have taken my pets to Tanya Percifield, the new owner. She is a wonderful, thoughtful, caring person with a great knowledge of all aspects of vetrinary science. Her compassion and care of all my pets is her first priority. I highly recommend this locally raised young lady. She's one in a million!
