EOPMG has been our Management Company for almost two years. Since our inception, they are the best Management Company that we have had. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Problems are dealt with immediately keeping owners' concerns always in mind. Their Property Managers are a phone call or email away to help on the day to day operations of our Condominium. More than pleased to have them on board.
The team at EOPMG really care about providing quality maintenance services to their clients. They address issues proactively and promptly and on budget. Their communication is excellent and I enjoy working with them.
We use the company to manage our condo corporation. We are a small condo corp and have no issue with the management company. Their representative is always available to address our needs. Starting from day-to-day management, getting projects done, collecting condo fees, organizing AGMs, sending out notes, ... Based on our experience I recommend EOPMG.
