They do not respond to maintenance requests. 4 requests placed through the portal for the same issue this month. No one ever got back to me.
EOPMG has been our Management Company for almost two years. Since our inception, they are the best Management Company that we have had. They are professional and very knowledgeable. Problems are dealt with immediately keeping owners' concerns always in mind. Their Property Managers are a phone call or email away to help on the day to day operations of our Condominium. More than pleased to have them on board.
The team at EOPMG really care about providing quality maintenance services to their clients. They address issues proactively and promptly and on budget. Their communication is excellent and I enjoy working with them.
