Ever since this company took over the management of our condo, we have experienced consistently poor communication and a lack of responsiveness. I don’t want to name anyone publicly, but it is not uncommon for us to go weeks without receiving a response — if we receive one at all. They do not respond to maintenance requests. 4 requests placed through the portal for the same issue this month. No one ever got back to me.
