The worst organization in terms of professionalism. Especially the CEO and the Board of Directors. Seems like they have a very hard time making decisions and major flaws in their communication line. I was excited to do a rotation at this site but had me hanging for over 2 months and made it seem like it was working out and then less than a week before I was to go there, said it wasn't possible to begin with. Totally botched my girlfriends surgery to remove appendix, went back next day to find out an infected abscess formed. Had to cut her wide open and did hack job stitching her back up. Stay clear of this hospital if possible, you'll be there for hours if not days and that's IF there isn't anything they can do for you except an IV or 2.

Yesterday took my crying kid to Eastern Niagara Urgent Care in lockport NY on transit, time was exaclty 8:37 pm, the door and the website say "hours of operation from 9 am to 9 pm, the door was closed, i repeat closed as LOCKED, we kept knocking on the door and a rude guy said we do not accept patients ,my wife argued with the guy since its not even 9 pm and its freaking Mon! He said looking at the crying kid ( we have authorization to lock th doors now , too bad!) ! What th ??l! Y it say from 9 to 9 while they close an hour... read more
