A zero star rating would be ideal, but reluctantly my 1 star will have to remain. As of 2021, the nursing staff we encountered were absolutely heartless, disgusting people. I genuinely dislike commenting so negatively on others, but truth isn't always kind. I understand and sympathize with that fact that they are often times overworked, overwhelmed, etc. I assumed, (apparently incorrectly) that nurses entered their line of work with the focus of helping and making others comfortable in a time of need. The worst hospital in the world...I went in feeling like I was dying last year..they took a COVID test then discharged me for a cold.I called 2 days the hospital for results of COVID test results cuz I was worse and they said I had it!!!!
Why isn't there a 0 star rating available. Took my wife there medication overdose. They did blood work only and sent her home in an hour. When she couldn't get in the wheel chair they yelled at her and the nurse asked her "Why are you acting this way?" She fell out of her chair in the parking lot and the nurse just watched while I tried to get her in the car. We got home where she had a seizure and quit breathing before we got in the house. Ambulance got her to Millard Fillmore where she got the care and testing she needed. ... read more
Dirty. Disgusting. Why am I shouting MY personal info and DOB and symptoms thru the glass while an entire waiting room is hearing and seeing all this!?? What happened to HIPAA or identity theft?? How embarassing....inappropriate... and frankly old school. So FAR- Ive been here 85 mins and still havent been seen.... *see pics how dirty the room floors are. Little label says filter changed 8/20/14. Today is 8/31/2022. What the heck
