The first time I went there for back pain and I said my pain was bad so I was forced to wait on a bed for AN HOUR for the doctor to talk to me...I was so upset and in so much pain I just wanted the prescription and get outta there. My most recent visit was even worse...I got registered and in with the nurse promptly but waited forever for the doctor. I was there for being sick/sore throat. The staff are very sweet, helpful and prompt! My first visit and I am very pleased!
Called about 40 minutes before they closed, got they're right at closing and they still saw my daughter immediately, the staff is excellent with children. This time she had strep throat on a weekend. That being said though, they wrongly diagnosed my daughter with hand, foot, mouth disease with little looking into her symptoms. She ended up having a much more serious ailment. Thank you to Newfane’s Express Care Center on a gorgeous Memorial Day. My daughter was in need of an antibiotic and within an hour we were diagnosed and treated. Nurse Barb and Dr. Williams are wonderful, popsicles and suckers, with enough for her sister! 5 star reviews for how important our community healthcare is.
