Since they have implemented the call center answering their phone calls it is difficult to talk to anybody. They are so far out on appointments they cannot see you for weeks. I am about to give up on Ponderosa Medical (Kim Hestand) being my primary care person. They told me to go to a clinic for immediate care for a ear ache or for a strep infection. YOU CANNOT GET IN TO SEE THEM WHEN YOU NEED TO.

Either they’re overworked or just don’t care. They never return phone calls that they promise to. You’re left hanging. Has happened to me 3 x. If you ask to see a real doctor, forget it. It won’t happen.

Dr HESTAND Dr Surla and Dr Ridout are all the best I appreciate them and they all take the time to make sure your health is looked after

Most of the drs are lovely people however, Erica Guierra is unprofessional she sends your prescriptions in other drs names if she sends them at all. If you express any type of displeasure at the blatant disregard you’re accused of disrespect and threatened with being discharged as a patient. Do yourself a favor and find a different practitioner

First they shunted all patient calls to a call center, so if you needed to actually speak to someone in office or return a call you got these people who have no idea who you are or how to even get in touch with the office. Now to make an appointment I don’t even speak to a person. It’s an automated system. I’m so sick of Eastern treating patients like a number instead of people. Never going back.
