The girls up in the front office works way more than was a job description to get my authorization from the VA for the doctor. I want to thank those women personally…. Just support staff and the doctor was absolutely perfect thank you to everybody in the building
I saw Dr. Cromer. I really liked him and his staff, and hopefully, my issues will be remedied in the near future. I do not like that I cannot reach the office directly to speak to a member of the staff. Apparently, you will always get sent to scheduling who are "not allowed" to transfer you to anyone in the office; therefore, I had to go there in person-twice, as I was not given the option to leave a message for a member of the staff.
