I had seen Midwife Gallegos (MG) 2 time for minor things: discussing birth control, & implanting of nexplanon. She was nice, and showed great bedside manner. I went back to have my nexplanon removed, and to discussed a significant cyst on one of my ovaries, a missing ovarie & endometrium. MG at this point, when I tried to discuss all the issues with her- she said “I only have 15 minutes for your appointment, I can remove your birth control or discuss the other issues”. Told me I didn't need an appointment even though I explained to them I did. Why are you going to be a receptionist if you're going to go against what a patient says especially if you don't know my medical history. I shouldn't need to explain to get an appointment.

I recently visited new era and had an experience that compelled me to share my feedback. As a freshly postpartum mother, I went in seeking care and support during a particularly vulnerable time. Front desk is super rude! We travel from Artesia to Roswell and didn’t notify us that the appointment was cancelled until we were there! It doesn’t hurt to put a smile on your face and treat people like humans! The drs on the other hands very nice but like I said the lady with the discolored skin that sits up front needs to be reevaluated for customer care!!

This is ridiculous. I get called 2 DAYS before my FIRST prenatal visit with Katrina Kelly telling me I have to reschedule. This office doesn’t do ANY VISITS ON FRIDAYS and won’t be able to see me until about 10 weeks when their “standard” is to have the first prenatal visit at 8 weeks AND I NEEDED TO REQUEST ANTI-NAUSEA MEDICATION. This office is insane and really doesn’t care about people’s wellbeing. They do not schedule appropriately at this office.
