This review is about the practice in general. DON'T ask patients to check in 10 minites early if you aren't even going to unlock the doors until the appointment time! Our appointment today was scheduled for 1:00 pm. We arrived upstairs at the check in door 10 minutes before our appointment time. The door was locked. I called and the answering service picked up. They informed me lunch was until 1pm. We waited outside for 10 minutes and finally knocked loudly on the door once it was 1pm. A staff member unlocked the door and in... read more
