UPDATE: Me and my son spoke with the clinic manager and I agreed to reschedule. I was assured that I wouldn't encounter the same problem. I am changing to 5 stars because of how well I was treated by the clinic manager. I called as my GPS directed me to the hospital. And was told that was ok. Got here for my 10:45 appointment to be told I can't be seen and I was supposed to be here at 10:30, I wasn't told that. The Receptionist could use some customer service classes.
Whoever answers the phone is unhelpful and rude.
The Dr.s are ok. The admin is absolutely horrible. Made a specific appointment for a specific Dr. for today. I have no reason to lie. Came in and the Said they appointment was never made. I’ve worked in Healthcare over 20 years. Most mistakes can be attributed to lazy and ignorant front office staff and this place is full. Don’t waste your time.
We're able to see me in 2 days when places in ABQ were scheduling out 3 months. Dr Rideout was fantastic
