I had such a great experience at this walk-in clinic! I felt cared for from start to finish. Elissa was so sweet, funny, and she made me feel comfortable right away. Ann Matakas was also amazing. Even though my test results came back negative, she didn’t just send me on my way — she listened, offered a thoughtful diagnosis, prescribed something that actually helped, and even requested a follow-up message to check in on how I was doing. Annie and the crew are wonderful. Have helped me in so many ways
Can never reach anyone when I call. Answering service doesn’t know anything. Was told 3 times that someone would call me back (and they marked it as urgent). Answering service called the manager and the staff 7 times and no one is answering or calling me back. Beyond frustrated. This is not the first time. Edit: called the number the reviews response say to call and surprise- no answer smh
