Here is a copy of a complaint I sent to sumrall clinic. As a patient, and as a fellow 'human being", I have certain rights afforded me (natural law), as well as other laws (according to the HIPPA ACT) regarding my health care and being treated with respect by office staff at that facility. Rights that stem from the ethical practice of medicine and basic human rights. I have always been nice to you and have always tried to do all that is required of me when you thought it was medically necessary. I have legal Rights as a Pati... read more

In 2020 I sought counseling services through the IOP program to help me deal with a family member who had been through trauma. I talked to Shawna Beckman who was eager to have me join her zoom group therapy since many seats were open due to covid. After a few sessions, I realized it was a group for substance abusers. I dropped out of it and requested my money back. I placed a complaint with Cameron Lewis Chief Administrative Officer; after a review, not only did they refuse to refund my money, they also continued to charge me... read more

Why won't they answer their phones so I can make an appointment for an already approved MRI?

Might as well go here to die. Some nurses and staff want to help and are helpful to a certain point. But if you’re in serious pain they like to watch you suffer through it. It takes days to get one thing done. Takes days to get something that’s requested. Severe pain and type 1 diabetic. Barely taken care of. They have caused more pain by just being a patient here. This isn’t being said for all nurses and staff… but majority is very unprofessional and treat you as if they were beaten and ate shit for breakfast every morning... read more

We made a Visit to the er on Weds evening. My husband had kidney stone blasted that morning. His pain was unmanageable. After watching everyone go before us I spoke to Malorie who is the most disrespectful person that I have ever met. She was very unprofessional, so much so that my husband had to tell her to lower her tone when talking to me. We made complaints to house nurse Tracy. We called and left messages with Jason Gilmore and admin for someone to call us back. We never received a call back to voice our concerns. I a... read more

My husband was a dnr. He was admitted and had a sepsis infection. He could not stand to be touched or moved due to to severe pain. also had alzheimers and could not tell anyone he was hurting. He passed away. An private autopsy was performed. CPR had been performed on him. He had broken ribs on both sides and it was not recorded. His suffering for two weeks was more than anyone should have to experience. Does anyone care? I don't think so.
