Get directionsThis hospital is a direct consequence of our degrading healthcare system. Especially the case managers is a waste of money
My Dad was recently admitted to this hospital with a very challenging diagnosis. I work here and I know the challenges the staff face on a daily basis. I can honestly say that the staff which includes the doctors, nurses, techs, supervisor, leaders, lab personnel, dieticians, case managers and even the housekeepers have done an excellent job in making my parents feel welcomed and cared for. I say parents because my mother remains at my dad's side the entire admission. The road we face is still one of uncertainty bu... read more
On 8/2/23 at 17:53 I suffered an anxiety attack and chest pain as it was my murdered sons birthday., my boyfriend thought I should talk to a mental therapist/Dr. They gave me geodon which is a neurologic med that causes approx 7 people per hundred to get painful lock jaw. When I asked them to give the antidote I was ignored until I was crying uncomfortable. Was tied up and told they don't care that my son was murdered and to shut up. My stomach was very sick and I needed to constantly go to the bathroom. That's where I met t... read more
Willow Creek did VERY wrong by me. Thanks to God (and me) my son was born healthy and strong. Thanks to WC, the delivery was an absolute horror show. I chose WC because they had a midwife (Scarlett Grandy) and are supposed to be non-interventional (hence the "NIBS" Non Interventional Birth Suite they lie about giving you. First of all, when I arrived, they made me stay in a regular room because their NIBS were all filled up. They transferred me to a NIBS later and it wasn't any different, just bigger. But the real kicker is,... read more

I've waited 2 hours for a drug screening. And 40 minutes after being called back. A 5 minute process shouldn't take all day.
I recommend avoiding this hospital unless you are desperate and prepared to deal with a multitude of problems and stress stemming from their failure to do their job properly. A family member was brought to the facility by ambulance. She was treated and released. She entered the hospital with the same two insurance carriers she had at previous visits that are on file. Well over a year later, she received a notice to appear in court for a lawsuit. This hospital was (and still is) suing a working single mother for a bill t... read more
Niki in the radiology department was great. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my MRI. She was great.
This hospital has the most amazing staff of nurses, doctors, and assistants. I’ve never been taken care of so well in my life. I felt welcomed and safe with everyone that was part of my surgical and recovery team. They really cared how I felt. They made sure I was comfortable. They made sure my husband was comfortable. From the moment I walked in until I left, I was almost pampered. I went in for a hysterectomy. While surgery is never fun, this team went above and beyond to make me feel important.
