More accurately 0 stars. Sunrise was respectable under Dr. Duely. NOW, IT IS JUST 1 STEP ABOVE BEING INCARCERATED! When you plead with one of the Dr's (Dr Barney) to be R/X'd a medication you've been on for a long time, he will tell you "I'll see what I can do", & NOTHING will EVER GET DONE ABOUT it. Instead they love to load you up on Anti-Depressants (which I have horrible side-fx to), THEY USE YOU AS A GUNIEA PIG! DON'T GO TO SUNRISE, YOU'LL REGRET IT!

I can't even rate one star. I arrived at Wesley Work Well around 10:20 am morning and made a payment for my chest xray at 10:38 am. I asked to a receptionist about my status around 11:40 am and she pointed my file behind her. It hadn't left there. Finally around 12 pm Xray tech told me she is registering me now so wait until call my name. I canceled my procedure and left this place. If this place is extremely busy, it's understandable. However Wesley Work Well Lobby is totally empty.

I realize that the staff is overwhelmed, but when I live hundreds and hundreds of miles away from my Dad, and I call for an update to see if he is at his End Of Life stage, the nurses have been rude, say there are no new updates, and hang up on me 😡😡 😥

Staff was cordial and seemed like they wanted to help. I have been in ER waiting tm for over 4 hours. My esophagus is swollen and I cant eat but the stomach and chest pain is severe. This is probably not fatal and understand need for priorities in seeing patients but aside from getting vitals taken I have sat in ER waiting room for over 4 hours. This is excessive and no apparent end in sight. Unsatisfactory considering level of pain I am experiencing

Do not recommend this place!! Started at Tennova Wound Center with a scab the size of a pea. After 5 visits ended up with a WOUND 1” x 1”. Very unhappy with extravagant hospital charges. Only saw a doctor one time and that was after many visits. Would not give them a star, but I have to give them one in order to post this review!!

I live almost 2000 miles away and called for information on my brother. He has problems and my family and myself are very worried about him. After being transferred to three people and the past two were rude l, need to implement people skills in their training. I have no answers, so we have to continue to stress and worry about our loved one. Great job for making your patients families feel like you are helping them and giving them piece of mind in these trying times.

The doctor was very nice but the nurse named samah was the rudest and had no bed side manor at all. I went in and had breathing problems. He put a blood pressure cuff on me on top of my iv and I told him won’t that hurt he said it will be fine. Then as I tell samah it’s hurting and start to yell he says you will be fine it’s almost over and ignores me. Then rips it off and walks out not even telling me if it’s good or not. If I could leave zero stars I would. @Lake Granbury Medical Center is the poorest excuse for a hospital. Having my mom just lay there with her oxygen in the low 80’s and not putting her on oxygen, having her so doped up and hallucinating. Nothing getting done until my daughter gets there like you guys just leave her in the bed to die and now we get told, by the doctor, that her excess pain is because she has a broken femur due to him and nothing is in her records about that.
