RecommendedI delivered my baby there and my experience was amazing! Katrina Kelly was my midwife, she and the nurses in labor and delivery went above and beyond to make sure that my baby and I were well taken care of and comfortable. Every nurse that helped take care of us came to check on us the day after to make sure that we were ok even if we weren't their patient they day. I would highly recommend them for OB care!

The entire staff was amazing! The doctors,nurses,cleaning crew, and the kitchen staff went above and beyond for my mother. I’m sorry if I leave anyone out. Suki,Chrisi,Todd,Janet,Darren and Michelle have to be the best nurses in NM! It was a very difficult time for our family but they made sure we were all treated well. You guys will hold a very special place in my heart.
Here we go again with a hospital story. My brother Walter M. Jr. Cox was taken by ambulance to Eastern New Mexico Medical Center last night around 8PM. He's still in the ER with what appears to be appendicitis...who knows if we're getting the truth when we call?? I call this morning about 11AM and am told he is in the OR. My mom calls 30 minutes later and is told that he is in the ER and has NOT gone into surgery yet??? Mom had spoken to Walter at about 10:30AM and he said he was in so much pain he didn't think he could stan... read more
My wife went to their imaging center for an xray. They never called her back and when she would inquire as to when they would say she was next. This went on for over two (2+) hours! Their patient care and work ethic leave a lot to be desired. Looking at going to Artesia or elsewhere. Very poor organization!

They have an abusive doctor working in psychology department. DR. Steven Black. He literally abused his significant other in 2017. Now he is allowed to torment patients in the psych ward!!!! Seriously! This is the caliber of doctors that are allowed to deal with some of the most fragile patients.
