I've been to this nephrology office twice. There were prescription errors with both visits. First visit, a mistake was made with the prescrip that was sent in - Dr's ofc requested 2 different dosages of same med. Second visit - one prescrip was sent in that was correct, but a new prescrip was not sent in...on a Friday. Contacted doctor's via MyChart. Mon morning I have a MyChart reply that it has been sent in now, and that they sent in the other one, too. I replied, asking why were the prescrips not sent at the same time. Th... read more
