Excellent care
My sister had her first an apt today. It was scheduled for 11:00. She was told to be here 15 minutes early. We arrived at 10:30. It's now 12:10 and everyone has left for lunch. The parking lot is empty. She was told to wait in waiting room to get her blood drawn after they get back from lunch. She was told it will be another hour. Beyond unprofessional. We drove an hour to be on time for this apt. Over 3 hours plus for a scheduled apt?!?
Dr Sapassety is a wonderful doctor and problem solver. My husband has gone to him for many years and we travel back to Kinston to see him since he is such a great doctor.
