I was passing by a few weeks ago when I remembered that my bike was due for a service. I went in and asked about servicing and a tyre upgrade. To my surprise, both were available that day. In less than two hours, I had a freshly serviced bike and two new tyres. Fast, friendly service and the bike is running and handling much better than before. Excellent customer experience at Eastern Motorcycles. Big thumbs up. 🤙
Sadly I was a disappointed with the overall experience here. I was initially happy and put a deposit down, and came to collect the week after. Given I was on my L plates they kindly offered to fix to the bike and leave outside after they closed while I went to buy a helmet, however when I came back the bike was outside the shop with no L plate, so I then had to leave the bike till the morning as that was the only one I had! My second time annually service and this time change both tires aswell, really good experience the team here really nice, make my bike feels brand new again. Thank you Eastern Motorcycles!
Alex was super easy to deal with. I got a quote for a new exhaust, he ordered the part and had it all done within the week. The price was cheaper than the other shops I checked out too. The boys working there are great — always smiling and really helpful. If you’re thinking about getting any mods done to your bike, I definitely recommend coming here. You won’t regret it.
