The sales Dept and parts Dept are great! the service Dept is terrible! Eastern Michigan Kenworth in Dearborn has had our new truck for over 2 weeks to install ANOTHER new clutch! The mechanic they gave it too never shows up to work..I have called everyday and I’m told the same thing everyday...they don’t know when he’s coming in or how much is even been done on it” so instead of giving it to another mechanic, they just make us wait!!! So we lose $2k a day while we wait for this guy to show up to work! Fantastic!!!
