I’ve tried several times to contact this place, after having faxed a medical power of attorney for my mom, & they have given me the run around. They don’t return calls and I was asked, “What’s a POA?”, the one time I got someone on the phone. Extremely unprofessional way to run a practice.

My husband has gone to EMA for about 1 year as a patient of Terry Jumpa so I figured I would go here as well. Saw Tasha Bolin yesterday as she is new and absolutely love her. Sweet sweet person and knows her stuff ����

Dr. Poole is awesome!
My adult son and daughter are both patients of Dr. Poole and have been for many years. He has always been nice, professional, and very courteous to both of them and me. The office has always been very willing to work with us on paying their bills when it was necessary. We are very pleased with Eastern Med. and Dr. Poole and plan to continue going there.
If there was only a way to not have to give a star at all
Very humiliating experience I have ever had in my life. This Dr Mederly told me to go see another Dr. I had other issues than my Diabetes which I normally do. Dr got extremely ugly. Which I tried to remain ok but he kept refusing me to tell him anything about my issues telling me to go to another Dr. And I am going somewhere else. I have had friends complain of same issue.
