If I could rate these guys higher, I would!! They’ve actually did a bit of work for me off and on over the past year or two and this last situation I ran into took a lot of time and energy for them but they were able to communicate directly with Minnkota and completely get me all my parts free along with no labor charge! Again, if I could rate them higher, I would😊
They sold me a broken item. Went back in the next week and the exact same associate was there that I bought the item from. He remembered me, remembered the purchase...it was just a pair of motor muffs to flush motor which are half the price at big stores. He would not let a long time customer and patron simply exchange without receipt and "packaging" he said.
