I went to the ER for what I assumed was a pinched nerve in my back from falling on ice. The nurses and doctors that took care of me were wonderful despite the fact that they were extremely busy as the ER was full of people. It turned out that I broke my back with a fracture to my L5. I go to Husson health and was diagnosed with kidney cancer and I was told it needed to be removed ASAP. so I called my primary care Dr Smith twice b4 he even got my messages two weeks apart and he recommended for emergency surgery b4 it could spread? I have been calling them since January asking why I have not heard anything even a phone call saying I'm on the list and I called again today and found out from the cancer center they never sent it in until after my fourth call and I was on hold when the lady came back and said ... read more
