Not so much Dr ng. But his staff is terrible I very rarely see Dr ng when I go I've had to go back multiple times because their failure to fill out Ems form correctly and when I asked a question regarding varicella vaccine (chicken pox) if I needed booster they said no but I really do according to my instructor and if I don't get in by weekend I can't continue in class and when I just called I get transferred I'm really annoyed as I may now have to skip work for this
Dr.Ng has been my primary care physician for years, my family too. He is honest & caring, and will provide you with the best care possible. I was having a lot of issues with heartburn in which he ordered the proper treatment for me to get better. His staff is very polite & professional and they've been with him since I started seeing him (+5 years ago). Anytime I call with an issue and need to be seen I am always accommodated and seen the same exact day. I would not trust any other doctor with my treatment and health. My mot... read more
I've been treated by Dr. Ng since he took over the practice. He is kind and so is his staff. He has helped me over a few bumps in the road and hasn't given me bad advice. I've read the reviews here and can say with honesty , I've NEVER seen any staff member act like God. I've seen professionals trying to get and keep me well. See for yourself!
