I have been waiting A WEEK for them to send the prior authorization form and prescription to my insurance company. Also, my blood test results came in 4 business days ago showing I have an infection and no one has called me about an antibiotic or to discuss the results. It is been increasingly more impossible the past few years to get anything accomplished in a timely manner. I have to call at least 5 times to even get a call back.
Dr. Ng and staff have been a pleasure to work with!

Not so much Dr ng. But his staff is terrible I very rarely see Dr ng when I go I've had to go back multiple times because their failure to fill out Ems form correctly and when I asked a question regarding varicella vaccine (chicken pox) if I needed booster they said no but I really do according to my instructor and if I don't get in by weekend I can't continue in class and when I just called I get transferred I'm really annoyed as I may now have to skip work for this
Dr.Ng has been my primary care physician for years, my family too. He is honest & caring, and will provide you with the best care possible. I was having a lot of issues with heartburn in which he ordered the proper treatment for me to get better. His staff is very polite & professional and they've been with him since I started seeing him (+5 years ago).
