Well, they got me. I asked for a tech to come out for an estimate on bad brakes for a forklift. I don't have a means of getting it in the air, but knew it was leaking brake fluid from somewhere. Tech came out, diagnosed the master cylinder as bad. Surprise, surprise, I then got a bill for $1200 of labor for the estimate stating the tech was there 4 HOURS.
