I have been with Dr.Hana and his associates for 19 years now and 4 children. When it started out with just him, and as he began to hire others I trusted them bc I have so much trust is his judgment. I wholeheartedly trust them with my children. They have always listened and been so kind and considerate. I recommend them to everyone. In 19 years I’ve never had a bad experience at his office. We go to the Prestonsburg office and always have.

Not good at calling in refills when there needed, and getting messages back to you. My son is now getting congested in his nose once again like before because they haven’t called in his refill on his second allergy medicine which I called the other day and today for them to call in but they still haven’t I’m very upset. Because they’ve done this before the last time he went without his second allergy medicine he got sick he has to have his allergy medicine both of them.

The doctors are always friendly and helpful. They explain things fully, and try to make sure any meds are covered by our insurance. So happy we have them close to home.

Worst experience ever today with a NP Amanda Helton. She was ridiculously rude and I have never been treated as bad as I was when I took my 16 year old son. I will NEVER step foot on this facility again!!!
