Called and scheduled a physical. Was very clear and upfront about exactly what I needed: a routine physical. Lady said it was no problem and scheduled me for an appointment on Friday 9/27. It's pouring rain and I arrive, and when I am called back I am told that I made an error and should not have scheduled this appointment because they do not provide physicals.
