Made an appointment as a new patient for 3:30. Got a call the next day to come at 3:45. I said my appointment was for 3:30. The lady stated they didn’t want me sitting in the waiting room for a long time.
I would never ever recommend these incompetent morons! 3 trips to CVS Target for nothing. 1 trip to Walgreens for nothing. 190.00 for the worthless Dr appointment, 10.00 on deodorant that doesn’t work. And now the wipes aren’t covered at all and I’m waiting on a rep to green light the script! Morons! I could’ve went to Soderstrom and got the Botox and been in and out.
Cancels appointments with not even notifying patients. Obviously many reasons Bluecross dropped you as a provider.
Awesome Dr and staff here! Everyone friendly and attentive to your needs! Love these guys!
