Had very good experience with Eastern insurance years ago. Now the culture totally changed.
They are no longer the insurance agency they once were. This is coming from a business customer for over 15 years. I've been bounced from one agent to another. The customer service is horrible. It's more frustrating than it's worth, all I want to do is find another agency. Trying to get certificates of insurance is like pulling teeth. Getting answers is also nearly impossible. I highly recommend seeking a small, customer service oriented firm if you're a small business .
