Horrible customer service from Sonia in the Dartmouth MA office. Trying to figure out issue with insurance company and mortgage company due to non payment from escrow account for my 80 yr old father and she was so bothered by me wanting to resolve issue so it wouldn’t happen again. I can see why seniors feel pressured into making large payments to a company without knowing all the information. Been a customer for over 20 years now. Have had offers to go to Geico and others, but they always come through with a better deal and honestly their customer service has to be #1 in the business so it is worth every penny! Every single rep I have had I can say (which honestly I think is maybe 2 over 20 years) without hesitation has been an incredible asset to that company and tremendous help to me whenever I needed something.
Just yesterday, I had to contact the former insurance carrier Arbella to advise them that the notice I had just received cancelling my insurance and reporting it to the Registry was not valid. In fact, one month prior, I had completed a form that my new insurance agency provided to notify them of my new insurer (not Arbella) that was going to take effect the day my old policy expired.
