My visit to EIRM was for a surgery, and after my surgery I slept most of the time that I was there, however when I was awake, the staff was great. There was a gentleman that bought me my breakfast didn't do anything to help me out. He just put me tray down. I think he should have made sure that I could get the tray in the proper place. Other than that I'm my stay was really great.
The nursing staff is great but my life is currently in there after surgery. Absolutely. Communication between the family and the doctors was up there all day. Never seen a doctor. Things could be improved in the communication department. You're basically left in the dark. Maybe it's because she's retired and on Medicaid, I'm not sure. I just really stressed out when I made that comment. The doctor does the best he can.
