Matt helped me rent out my property quickly when I had to move out of Idaho quickly due to a job change. He was professional and did an exceptional job. I would recommend him in the future to family and friends.
Matt is an approachable, fair, and professional guy, but we didn't have a great experience with the short-term rental property management. We were out of the country for six months, and throughout that time, we didn't feel like we could trust Matt with with all the needs of our properties. We felt like we were the still the primary property managers and Matt was a back up, but we were paying him to be the primary. Amazing rental company! They are all very nice, easy to work, prompt and efficient in responding to your questions/ concerns and do a great job at keeping you in the know of things going on at the property. I would recommend them over and over again and appreciate everything they’ve done for our family. Renting can be hard/stressful and they have eased that aspect.
