I called Vivian of Eastern Honda twice and left message with reception to call me back and on both occasions I did not hear from her. I informed reception to let Vivian know that her answering machine is full . When I first took my car in last week, Vivian had advised me that the parts may take three weeks to arrive or earlier. I followed up with a call and spoke to someone else who advised that the part may be in mid July 2024.
