I used Mike for a new home purchase and he was great. Thorough and explained everything in detail. His report was very detailed and he answered all my questions. He also showed me how to use some of the appliances and other features of the house.

Negligent inspector conducted destructive test without homeowner's permission, causing damage to sewer line plug, carpet and wall. He attempted repair, poorly, resulting in additional damage without home owner's permission or knowledge until it was too late. Used homeowner's shop vac and bucket and left them in contaminated and dirty condition. Failed to test his "repair" despite request that he do so and left premises.
