Poor communication on warranty and sales no warranty booklet or manual handed out at time of purchase in relation to a 8-10 month old Stihl blower having a screw come loose causing an issues that now turns out to a "maintenance issue" even with "lock tight" from factory,..would somehow came loose being this old?.. as looking at Stihl website they should have given me a full run down on how to use and supply a owners manual. This is a common issue they try to push past you as "maintenance" not up for date
