We called because we were having issues with our system. We were transferred to the service department. The man said because of the pandemic, they were only helping customers with whom they had contracts with. However, because we needed help, we asked what we should do now. The man said they couldn't help us because again, we weren't contract customers. He HUNG UP. Hanging up on customers who requested help on issues with THEIR system seems very, very unprofessional.
