Nice guy when he shows up but absolutely no follow through if you have issues. I would strongly advise anyone to stay very far away from this company.
I Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Scheduled service @ 9:00-9:30 on 9/3/21 to balance air flow from system, but no one showed up. Called and confirmed that someone was coming in the afternoon, but no one showed again. My wife waited all day for no reason and no call to let her know no one was coming. Business is closed for the day at the writing of this review.
We will only use Eastern Heating & Air Conditioning LLC Shannon, & David are amazing & William Chris & Kevin all really know what they are doing. Call them for service that is done right.
