I had a very disappointing experience with your ECG service. No one explained the charges beforehand, yet I paid the invoice when I received it. Despite this, I’ve been sent four overdue notices. I even emailed my payment record after the first one, but your team did not check and kept sending letters. This is unprofessional and needs improvement.

I had and have always had great experiences here and since moving it’s a really convenient and luxurious space that puts you at ease. The staff have always been the best thing about it so I couldn’t recommend here enough from my personal experiences of Echo and 24 hour monitors

Yew Mun Cheong was incredibly dismissive towards my grandfather, not answering any questions and claiming he could not answer. Highly unprofessional and paints this clinic in a bad light. I do not recommend.

My father needed to urgently see a specialist about a heart problem after being previously hospitalised. They were meant to reach out but never did so we called them directly. They were very dismissive over the phone and said they weren't able to book him in anytime soon or to tell us when the next available free appointment date would be. Take your business elsewhere.
