First time getting a therapeutic massage and I was pleasantly surprised at how well I felt afterwards. It made a big difference in loosening up my chronic tight muscles. He has a great knowledge of anatomy and is really able to target the problem areas. Definitely will be going back.

Was not familiar with the Chinese Acupressure Massage technique. Found Eastern Harmony Healing through some really good Facebook reviews and figured it was worth a try. I quickly learned acupressure is more of a therapy-in my case, neck. Simply put it's stretching with firm pressure. The massage was great. I’ve been getting massages for years- whether therapeutic, sports, or just for relaxation. Ben was inquisitive and knowledgeable and making sure to understand my goals for the session. He was very polite and professional. He worked on understanding how my body was working and helped with working out tense areas and helping to stretch the problems areas. I prefer a firmer pressure for muscle tension release and he did amazing with this. Highly recommend.
