I was referred to Ben by a friend who has been going to him for years. The experience is more than a massage- Ben has an incredible eye for misalignments and imbalances in the body, and tremendous skill in restoring mobility and reducing associated pain. I'm always impressed with his knowledge and holistic sense of the body. His work with me has also aided in emotional healing and improved sleep. You can't go wrong, highly highly recommend checking him out if you can! It is excellent body work for long-term mind/body health.

I have been looking for massage therapists that really know what they are doing and have a deep understanding of the human body. That is Ben! I feel confident in saying anyone is safe in Ben’s hands. I’ve had constant pain in my shoulder for months. Nothing helped long term - not even physical therapy. It worsened to the point where I was feeling numb down to my hand and I had trouble stretching my arm certain ways. After just one session with Ben, my pain and numbness is significantly better and I feel like I’ve finally turned a corner.
