I had a recent Gastroscopy at Epworth hospital (7th July) I just wanted to pass onto Doctor Paul Urquhart and anaesthetist Dr Julie Clarke and his team on level 8 what a positive experience I had. Everyone I encountered from the receptionist to the last nurse I saw before discharge were absolutely fantastic. They were all very welcoming, warm, kind, genuine and professional. I could really tell that it was a happy team and place to work. Thank you.
I recently underwent a gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedure and am incredibly grateful to Dr. Paul Urquhart who was not only highly skilled but also had phenomenal bedside manners, which immediately put me at ease. His kindness and thorough explanations before and after the procedure was 10/10. Not normally one to post reviews but thought this one was necessary. Whilst the doctors treated my grandmother with care I was beside myself when I heard this office made her wait 2.5 hours for her appointment. There was no consideration, no reasoning for the delay and it was her that had to follow up for an update after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Thank you Dr Paul Urquhart and his team for treating me in hospital and as an outpatient. I felt safe and confident under his care and would highly recommend him as a Gastroenterologist. He is very thorough and possess excellent bedside manners.
