All the staff at Eastern Gastroenterology are wonderful. From the admin staff to the medical teams, I couldn't be happier with how I have been treated and cared for. They are all very professional while being extremely friendly and attentive, before, during and after my procedures. Medical procedures are always stressful, but having the team look after me, makes a huge difference. Thank you all so much. :) Chris

My son, a year 12 student has visited Dr Sim Yee Ong lately. As a parent appointments with a specialist can be stressful. But Dr. Sim Yee Ong made the process as smooth as it can be. We do not feel been rushed during the visits, She takes time to explain the complex digestive symptoms, test results, and treatment plans in simple, understandable terms. Dr Sim Ong provided exceptional care from start to finish. I find medical appointments, particularly around these issues, extremely stressful, but Dr Ong was incredibly calm, understanding, and reassuring. She created an environment where I felt comfortable, listened to, and supported throughout the entire process. One of the most valuable things about my experience was feeling genuinely heard.
