I worked here and just wanted to say they are the WORST to work for. They will mess with your money and not pay you overtime. I worked 48 hours one week and received my hourly pay for all 48 hours not a dime in over time pay. They hardly follow osha rules and are just flat out rude to their employees. Their turnover rate for employees is ridiculously high because of what I stated above as well as other things, if they ever get an audit they will probably be screwed. I currently work here and I have to tell you the truth, this company is AAA+. The owner very carefully selects his employees and it is not a crew, its a family. I am very lucky to be one because the effort and attention to detail is as carefully executed by his foreman as the owner does the employee selection for his crew.
