Customer service was great! Supplied me with a Plotter and did it quickly for me, had it delivered and set up in a short time.
Kevin is an awesome reliable printer technician. Wood County has a wide format printer that has not been functioning properly. He is friendly, prompt, and works efficiently so our office has minimal down time. I would reccomend his services through Eastern Engineering Supply company.
