Do not use joe!!! This guy is a scam artist. He took my money and ran. With no work or materials to show for it. Check his public record this guy has been charged multiple times for scamming home owners out of money.
Took my service fee, and never came back. Reached out, he ignored me, reached out again and said that he would fix my fan. Hasn't responded since, and has blown us off. I thought he was a good guy, so we would give him another chance, but he really disappointed me and has totally ignored us. Oh well, I learned a valuable lesson. I do not recommend him at all. Save your time and money and go to someone else.
someone else had a similar review of this owner not responding to communications. so this is 2 times with 2 different people that Joe P. failed to follow thru with. do not use if you want timely responses or timely work.
