I had a good visit when I visited Eastern Dermatology. Everyone has been so professional and kind.
I had an excellent experience with Eastern Dermatology & Pathology. From the front check in desk to the back with nurse & doctor & back to the check out desk, everyone was so kind, considerate & helpful. I highly recommend this practice.
I feel like I was going to Walmart of dermatology, that is not what I want. I don't like the feeling of being another number when I see a Dr. I called early January and got the first available appointment which was mid March... I should have known then, but I was told that I could easily get in early as there are always cancelations. Upon my third weekly call to check for a cancelation a very rude and aloof person told me not to bother calling again but to just wait it out(it was my 3rd time speaking with the same person).
