SLOW Arrived 5 minutes early, 30 minute wait in waiting area, 10 minutes for X-rays, 20 minute wait in that chair for Dr to come, back to waiting room for another 30 minutes, 20 minutes for cleaning. It was a Monday morning during business hours and it took almost 2 hours for a routine check and cleaning. This doesn’t even include fillings or anything, you need to schedule those for another visit. Staff were friendly though, I wish you would check in instead of just writing your name on the sign in sheet

Love this place, never had a problem. Staff is amazing and so is the surgeon. Wisdom teeth were easy peasy, told me exactly what to expect!

What happened to Marlene? This place doesn't run without her. The new dental director does not address problems, and blames everything on corporate and not herself. No patient should wait 2 hour for a check up and cleaning, yet it is still happening 6 months later since she took over. Not one apology or let me look into it. She blamed everything on corporate yet everything is happening is in her office. I’ve had several visits at this dental office, and while the doctor’s work is ok ( you have to come back to fix the mistates ) the front desk experience has been consistently disappointing. The wait times are always very long, and it often feels like patients are forgotten or files are not properly handled. The reception staff are loud and openly discuss other clients in front of waiting patients, which is very unprofessional. Phone communication is also frustrating.
