I have had nothing but positive experiences at eastern dental of parsippany. The staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Poor managment and front desk girls are horrible. We had a 3pm appointment and were not seen till 4pm. I would have not picked up my son early if this was the case. Will never go back to this place nor recommend this chain….
Courteous and professional. Hard to ask for much more. Highly recommend them.
This is the worst dental office I have ever stepped my foot in. The staffs are rude, unprofessional, long wait time and mixes up appointment (apparently they have a different call center that handles scheduling which is not in sync with the main office). I’d give 0 star if I could, don’t waste your time visiting this facility.
