The front staff manager is extremely rude and nasty to her employees and customers/ patients. She is unprofessional. However the Dentist, assistant and X-ray tech were kind , gentle and patient.
If your insurance covers other dentists, go there instead. I ended up waiting 2.5 hours past appointment, and had to go back same day to get the work done. Understaffed. Last cleaning appointment took three hours too.
This office basically tried to extort me. I didn’t need X-rays I just needed a cleaning but the wouldn’t do it unless I paid $700 since I don’t have insurance. I guess they only want people who have dental coverage.
Beware. Absolutely terrible. The office help was down right rude. They took unnecessary x rays so they can bill my insurance
