Been here for years never had a single appointment on time despite coming 20-15 mins before my appointment. Claimed my insurance didn’t cover a tooth chip fix/ fill in. When I tried to show proof on my phone of my insurance that it was covered, the lady in the office refused to look at it because the screen was too small. After getting the small tooth chip fixed (so a cavity doesn’t form) they messed it up and it hurt to touch or chew on that tooth which had nothing wrong with it before beside the minor cosmetic chip. Went for an emergency, waited 90 minutes to be seen, they wouldn't let me go until I paid them. Told them insurance covers, they refused. My insurance paid them and they haven't reimbursed me yet. They are taking money from patients that are covered. They also lied to my credit card and told them I received treatment that I never did.
