I cannot recommend Eastern Dental in Parsippany highly enough! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. When I used to go here, I would have to call over five times every time to get an answer and when I did, I was put on hold. When I had my appointments, I waited over an hour almost always despite being early. They now still call me every year or two to schedule an appointment (even though it’s twice a year for my cleaning) and I’ve told them repeatedly I am not going due to the service and to stop calling. I'm thoroughly displeased with the service I received on 6/25/2026. I had gone in for a dental extraction for 1 tooth only. I had visited Dr. Datwani on June 10th and I had also shown her that a tooth was shaky and painful. The Dr. prescribed antibiotics for 10 days and asked me to schedule another appointment to extract the tooth. However, when I presented for the appointment on 6/25, Dr. L. Ronquillo Aguilar, took out 2 teeth instead of the agreed upon 1 tooth as was discussed with Dr. Datwani. I signed the consent form, t... read more
