This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Getting an appointment takes months, they don’t even give a courtesy call or text to remind you that you scheduled an appointment 6 months ago. They attempted to pull my son’s tooth when he was about 6 & kicked him out after yanking on his tooth for 20mins & he was telling them it hurt. They said he was crying too loud & they didn’t have a pediatric dentist to help him. Ive been going to this practice for a while now and each time I go in, I always tell myself that “ok, the staff and doctors won’t be full of themselves today.” BUT, each time I go in, I walk out angry at everyone I come across in this office. From the front desk ladies to the staff to the doctors, they’re all full of themselves and are plain old RUDE! One doctor I’d specifically point out is Dr. Shah! Avoid her at all costs. I have no idea how the dentists are here, because I didn't even get to see one. I had to wait 3 months for a "first available" appointment for my husband and me, and the person I talked to was not very helpful or friendly. Okay, sometimes that happens in a busy office. But the actual visit was worse. We came into the office at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment with papers filled out. The front desk staff as slow and rude.
