Not good orthodontic care at all, they seem to lose orthodontists every few months so, instead of seeing an orthodontist every 4-6 weeks, the next appointment could be 8-12 weeks out. Then, instead of getting a call from their office, you’ll have to call them, several times, to schedule an appointment. Then, they attempt to schedule you at an office an hour away from where your main office is. We have been coming here over 20 years and I have always been half with the care here. Unfortunately, it is getting harder and harder to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. I asked at the front desk and was told that they are just very busy and are always accepting new patients. Perhaps your loyal patients would like to feel as valued as new potential patients.
3 hour wait start to finish. Lady reading my X-rays didn’t address any of my concerns. Hygienist was so rough and rushed through the cleaning because they were “down a hygienist” as they only scheduled one for the entire day. I have never bled so much from a cleaning in my life. First and last time ever coming here. Listen to the bad reviews
You will wait 2 hours between exam and cleaning. Plus any wait before your appointment. Additional they run process like it is a sprint. Very aggressive. There is no way these 5 star ratings are real.
I have a broken tooth that needs to be removed. I have been calling for two days straight and have left messages on their "emergency line" and no one has reached out to me yet. My face is now swollen and the office is closed early on Friday. Will never return.
