Im genuinely surprised this place does not have a lower rating. I appreciate them being able to get me an appointment for an emergency visit but if the location is busy and you know the surgeon isn’t onsite you shouldn’t tell some one to come in so an emergency visit. It’s called an emergency visit for a reason, I understand needing to do a check up first but being told I need to return in 2 WEEKS for an EMERGENCY is insane! Worst dentist experience I've ever had. I wish I could not even give them a single star. I would give them a negative 10 if possible. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours for a cleaning. This office clearly doesn't care about it's patients time or any manner of professionalism. I will not be back.
Hands down best experience with a root canal ever. This is my first time with service from Eastern Dental. My insurance recently changed. Dr. Li was fantastic and took the time to talk about other dental concerns with feeling like i wasn't interfering with time.
I’ve been coming to this dental office for years, and the one consistent issue is the extremely long wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and I wasn’t seen until 11:50AM ... I was called back for X-rays quickly but after that the wait continued. Truly ridiculous. However, I do want to say the front desk staff is amazing especially the young African American gentleman at the front.
