The worst dental office to be in. We just switched insurance and had to switch our dentist too. Thought of coming here. That was my worst decision ever. The dentist only came to see me for 2 mins only to suggest that I need to see an orthodontist because my xray shows I have bone loss … I questioned that shouldn’t that be a periodontist and she quickly switched and said “ohh yes go to that one”. I cannot recommend Eastern Dental in Parsippany highly enough! From the moment we walked through the front door, we were treated with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Every member of the staff made my son feel comfortable and at ease during what could have been a very stressful experience. When I used to go here, I would have to call over five times every time to get an answer and when I did, I was put on hold. When I had my appointments, I waited over an hour almost always despite being early. They now still call me every year or two to schedule an appointment (even though it’s twice a year for my cleaning) and I’ve told them repeatedly I am not going due to the service and to stop calling. I’ve been coming here for about 6 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff, techs, and doctors are all so friendly and efficient, it’s made going to the dentist easy.
