The dental surgeon ripped my daughters wisdom tooth out of her head without sedating her and she bled for hours and he cut her cheek under her mouth. He was poor bedside attitude and did not give her a note for work even though she was in Pain through all of the next day I highly doubt anyone ever returns to this guy
Absolutely terrible practice. Can’t even perform a routine root canal without it going wrong. Employers who offer this CHEAP dental program should be ashamed. They treat you as if they are shady auto mechanics trying to sneak one by.
RecommendedFriendly staff. My cleaning was fantastic! The dentist that I saw was very professional yet friendly and warm. The hygienist was wonderful. Took a little longer than I'd like to get a return appointment to fill a cavity but nothing is perfect, right? Very pleased!
Take forever to call you back. Bad manners and just very rude
There is such a lack of communication at this place. They don’t keep you informed of each step of whatever process you’re going through. I also had a 12:15 appointment today that they called me and said I had to change to 11am. Only to still be sitting in the waiting room at 12:15!! This place is terrible.
My son and I are hopping on the law suit band wagon against EASTERN DENTAL OF BRICK! They totally destroyed two of his four front teeth. Major work and $ now needed to fix the damage. Please, if you are a patient of this place read their reviews. Had I read them and went with my instincts a long time ago, the poor kid would not be having to deal with this. btw, this is the first ever review I have posted about any facility! Your staff are incompetent NOT to mention rude. Primarily the main office woman with short dark hair. She treats employees and patients alike. Rude rude rude how do you allow an employee to talk to people like that? The front desk ladies are afraid of her
